A cup of toasted sesame.
A tablespoon of wheat flour.
Salt, to taste.
Half a cup of oil.
How to prepare
On a low heat in a Tefal pan without putting oil, we put the amount of sesame until it is roasted, and stir it well until its smell begins to appear.
In the grinder, we put the amount of roasted sesame and we turn it on until the sesame is ground and its texture becomes very soft.
In the electric mixer, we put the amount of flour, then we put the finely ground sesame on it and we beat them together well until they mix and we get an appropriate texture.
While mixing the flour and sesame, drop in the oil and salt gradually until it becomes a heavy creamy texture.
Pour the mixture into a sterilized glass jar, so it is ready for use.
